How To Make Mini Martabak Eggs

How To Make Mini Martabak Eggs
Tools needed:
*      Cutting board
*      A Bowl
*      A Spoon
*      A Knife
*      A Frying pan
*      A Tongs
*      Plate

Materials needed:
*      Spring roll skin
*      2 eggs
*      1/3 piece of carrots
*      Leek
*      Pepper powder
*      Masako
*      Water
*      Cooking oil
*      Chilis
How to make:
*      The first step is to prepare the cutting board and knife, then thinly sliced carrots and spring onions, then put into the bowl.
*      Next step, break the egg and put it into the same bowl, then shake lightly using a spoon.
*      Then, add a little water, masako and pepper to taste then shake it back.
*      When finished mixing, prepare a frying pan that contains cooking oil with medium heat.
*      While waiting for the hot oil, prepare the spring rolls and separate them into a sheet.
*      The next step, the shape of the spring rolls into a triangle and fill about 1-2 tablespoons and directly inserted into the already hot oil. Do it repeatedly.
*      Change the fire to a small flame, if the color has turned browned immediately behind the opposite side by using a tongs.
*      Furthermore, if both sides are brownish, drain immediately on a coated tissue plate to reduce the oil contained therein. If it has been drained, prepare the plate and be served.
Message: To add flavor, cut a small chillis and sprinkle on top.
